After a successful corporate career in multinational organizations, Dirk founded PCN Company in 2009. Initially operating under a license agreement with a boutique procurement consultancy, his focus shifted to combining interim missions with training & coaching. As an Associate of Positive Purchasing, Dirk contributes to training, consultancy, and other services supporting Positive Purchasing and Red Sheet delivery. PCN Company is also a Channel Partner of Positive Purchasing.
His interim missions encompass diverse leadership roles such as CPO, Director Procurement and Head Of Procurement Excellence, as well as project management roles. These roles are primarily undertaken in large, industrial/operational multinational organizations across various industries.
